## Direct-match strengths

Enterprise AI strategy, GenAI, agents, intelligent automation, operating models, governance, responsible AI, executive advisory, multidisciplinary teams, industry breadth, and transformation roadmaps.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard functional/scope gaps: senior leadership across the full sales lifecycle, market development, solutioning/selling, and practice growth is central; the role also requires management of $10M+ annual engagement portfolios and ten years of professional AI/ML consulting. Keith's direct consulting, AI depth, and team leadership are strong, but the required commercial portfolio ownership and tenure are unsupported.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise AI strategy and transformation (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct AI strategy, operating model, modernization, and production transformation evidence.
2. GenAI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct hands-on and leadership experience in production LLM, agent, and workflow systems.
3. C-suite advisory (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Advised more than 200 enterprises and senior executives.
4. 10+ years professional AI/ML consulting (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — AWS and NorthBay consulting are direct, but ten years in professional AI/ML consulting is not established.
5. Lead teams of 10+ consultants (weight 2, evidence 2/3) — Led multidisciplinary teams larger than ten; consultant-specific tenure/scope is less direct.
6. $10M+ annual engagement portfolio (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No source-supported portfolio of this size.
7. Sales lifecycle and practice growth (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Some solutioning and practice building are direct, but selling/market development is not Keith's target.
8. Industry and process-transformation depth (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct financial services, life sciences, technology, and workflow/process transformation.

## Keyword diagnostic

Excellent AI strategy, governance, agentic, executive-advisory, and transformation alignment; disqualified by mandatory sales/practice-growth ownership and $10M+ portfolio scope.
